Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
  • Cost: Free above ₹3999 & Standard Shipping charges of ₹149

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
  • Cost: Free above ₹3999 & Standard Shipping charges of ₹199

2.3 In-Store Pickup

  • Availability: Free in-store pickup is available at our physical store in Mumbai. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup Time: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.

2.4 Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions, such as free shipping or discounted rates. These promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined during the promotion period.

3. Order Processing

3.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3.3 Order Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
